Hello everyone,

As you know, every country has its own flavours and tasting the local cuisine is a great way to discover the culture of a destination. Whether it's a small typical restaurant to taste local dishes, a traditional meal in a local's home, street food or fast food, there is something for everyone!

So, which dish do you want to try in Saudi Arabia?
Which dish has impressed you the most and when did you discover it?
Do you know how to cook it and share it with your family?

Thank you for your taste contribution ;)

@Mickael

I am very adventurous when it comes to food since I know how to cook and my hobby is cooking. I'm a traveler, a backpacker in my younger years, and in my 43 years in Saudi Arabia,  so much middle eastern food here and outside the Kingdom has passed thru my palate! I do not know which food I still want to taste!

One interesting Saudi food is "kabsa". It took me almost eight years to appreciate its flavor. I used to hate the smell of Arab spices!!! However, as I age in Saudi Arabia, I realized that middle eastern food is one of my favorites during dine-outs and party preparations in our apartment! I now cook them well since my friends say - they love my cooking!

Thanks to the cooking sites on the internet where I pick up a lot of cooking tips! Thanks to Youtube too!
