It has been a couple of months since we got our residency "pink slip" and at the time we were told that we could expect our new ID cards in about 6 weeks. It has been a little longer than that is there any way i can chase this up to find out when they will be issued.

You should contact immigration or call in to collect them as they will not contact you despite them saying they will

If you have your receipt, I think there's a way to check it online.

Also... I submitted in April this year for my Article 50 (Brexit) Permanent Residence permit... and STILL it hasn't been issued. :-)

Anyone who goes to collect their biometric card on spec....if they haven't got it yet ask them for the card number that is allocated on the system ...it makes it faster and easier for the receptionist to find the card next time without having to access the system and may even help with any online access that you may need
