QIWA's newly imposed requirement for initiation

Is anyone here facing the same issue with me to initiate transfer request in QIWA? As mentioned by Company GR, there is a new requirement newly imposed last December 19,2022 only when an attempt to initiate the request in QIWA. Some sort of employee procedures that need to be uploaded along with the contract which requiring legal matters and should be translated in arabic.

Please let me know and share on how your new employer was able to proceed in QIWA from December 19,2022 onwards.
