EPass decision time taken after submitting RMI report

Hello all,

Nationality : Indian

Background : IT

*First Time applying for a work pass*

Timelines:

EPass applied : Nov 30, 2022

Education verification report request from MOM: Dec 13, 2022

RMI verification report submitted to MOM : Dec 28, 2022

When will I receive a financial decision after submitting my RMI education verification request? Since the date EPass was applied, the status has been "Pending -- Your application is being processed" in the online portal.

Hi @Rajinikanth,

May I know whether the vetting process was initiated on the MoM side directly with the background check agency? Or,

there is a checking request sent to you by the MoM asking either you or your employer/immigration agency conduct the checking process with the authorized background firms, and submit the report back to the MoM once completed?
