Is there anyway to block the money from being spent after separation till the divorce is signed.. Normally in other places money sits in a lawyers account till divorce is complete then assers are divided accordingly. My lawyer in peru basically says you have no guarantee and can not block the bank accounts .. This seems ridiculous they will just agree get money refuse and wait for more .
