The new "Smart City" parking has commenced, but not very smart that the 9191 number can only be accessed by a Smartphone/Android phone, and not the old style non smart phones that many still use. My Smartphone has a British number, and is a contract phone, so also not able to use. The Cypriot non Smartphone will not call the 9191 number. Yet another mess up by the Mayor and his team for not thinking this one out properly, and testing, before implementing.
