5days Visa cancel notice...Urgent pls

I have a sister same nationality, she works as a domestic staff for 6 months now. Few months she had verbal abused from her employer simply because he gave her more tedious work to do. She went to police station to make complaints the employer was invited and issues resolved. She's due for salary December but employer said he's going to pay her two months together. Yesterday the employer call her to sign salary pay without paying her. She was later lured to signed. After signing her employer told her she just signed to use her two months salary to buy her return tickets. She wasn't expecting that she went to police for complaints again now her employer showed up at the station giving her 5 days to get a new employer or else he's going to cancel her visa. She's so much worried and distabilized now, what's next pls?

Find a new employer or get a lawyer to fight it out. Not much else she can do.
