hy I have got blue paper n mail paper to collect id in identity malta mosaic but I lost the mail paper so I need to update my new address in blue paper where I’m currently living. How can I get help please help me

Start again and re apply if your address has changed, if you have just lost the paper posted to you to collect, go to the office and explain taking your passport with you.
