We can't get a mailing address here (except Po boxes) I want a claro phone plan not a prepaid. I only want data don't really care about minutes. I don't mind signing a contract. Where can I go?

Welcome to the forums Brad. Uncle buck is correct. There are multiple threads laying out this info and how to get around the address issue.
I'm in Las Terrenas and have both a postpaid Claro account (two phones) and Starlink. I have always used the name of our villa or the residencia where we were renting as our address for Claro and it's never been a problem.
For Starlink, you use the Google + code for your service location and then can use your villa or residencia name for delivery. That worked for me! If you are in a private villa, I suggest establishing it on Google Maps so that any vendors, delivery drivers, and friends can easily find it.
