A great idea.but you would need tk win the lottery..plus buying out people in situ..not my cup of tea..i am a sea person..hence my home in Pomorie.5 minutes from beaches and town centre

And has become very desireable..an estate agent told my wife the other day...always lived in a town..not a country boy really...but each to their own eh !
