Getting Married in Luang Prabang

Hi folks!
I recently made a trip to my home country for the first time since I left - maybe when I was 5 (?). We went to Champasak and Luang Prabang and it was such an incredible time. My boyfriend proposed to me there and I want to have a ceremony in Luang Prabang. Does anyone know how I can arrange this living all the way in the US?
