Where are you getting married? In Thailand or abroad? Where are you from? If getting married in Thailand, then you don't need any help what so ever with registration.

You just register at the district office (amphoe) in your wife's home province after the wedding.

If you're going to use marriage as reason for annual extensions at immigration, then get married in Thailand. It's by far the easiest way. The procedure for the marriage registration when married abroad is actually just about certifying/legalizing the marriage certificate at your  embassy in BKK, (unless you're American). Then translating it at an MFA-approved translation service. MFA= The Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Then getting the translated certificate stamped and signed at the MFA in BKK. That's all, no big deal as long as your embassy will certify/legalize your marriage certificate. Why pay money to an agency?   I just explained the whole procedure for free.
