Driving Licence for over 83 Brit resident

I went to Kolossi Citizen Information Centre to confirm that all a 83 year old needs to renew their Cyprus Driving Licence is a TOM 7D and a Doctors Certificate - TOM 153E. They confirmed that this is correct.

I have spoken to 2 expats who have just completed the process and both were also required to provide Medical Certificate for Eyesight and Hearing Tests.

If this is correct, where are the required forms?

I am 73 & 2nd time i have renewed. All i have provided is a letter (get from Citizens) which the Doctor will sing and stamp. I can only tell you what i have done was done 3 weeks ago and have my renewed License
