UMRAH/HAJJ for blacklisted foreigner

Namzeirah

Assalamu’alaikum. I was blacklisted by saudi council for health and science in 2017. Will I be able to go for Umrah or Hajj on a pilgrimage visa? Will I be allowed to wnter the kingdom? I have recently checked that I am still blacklisted. Am I only blacklisted for working and tourist visa? Or does the ban include Hajj and Umrah? Thank you for those who will respond.

Usually, Hajj and Umrah (on the respective visas) are excluded from the ban.
