Is salary information public in Denmark?

My kid's Danish father and I live separately in Sweden. I asked him to use an online tool to help us agree on child support payment; however, he underreported his Danish earnings to be below the Danish minimum living standards. I find it hard to believe that with his highly-paid job, multiple cars, the new apartment he purchased, and high lifestyle, he barely makes ends meet. Is there a way for me to find out how much he earns in Denmark? This information is public and available online in Sweden where I suspect he underreported his earnings to the Swedish Tax Agency.

I called the Danish Family Law Agency and they refused to help me find out this information since I and the father don't live in Denmark. The Swedish counterpart can't get involved in requesting this in Denmark. The Danish tax agency won't give me this information because I am a private individual. The Danish consulate in Sweden can't help either. Can you think of any other agencies I could contact? What would you do? Thank you for your help and time in advance.

Is there a way for me to find out how much he earns in Denmark? No, there isn't.

I understand that you live in Sweden and the father in Denmark?

What to do depends on where the decision of child support was made and the agreement issued.

If this was issued in Scandinavia, you shall contact Udbetaling Danmark, Opkrævning, and ask for their help to recover the amounts.

If another country outside Scandinavia, you shall contact Gældsstyrelsen which also can help you to recover the amounts.

Maybe, the private organisation Mødrehjælpen also can give you valuable help. Maybe, worth contacting as the very first.

@Nellie Berg Thank you!

The father lives in Sweden and works in Denmark. Me and the child live in Sweden. The child support will be decides in Sweden.

Okay, then it isn't the way forward. You'll use the Swedish system instead.

In Sweden, kronofogden, can recover the child support for you, provided that you have an agreement.

If he doesn't pay the child support, you can get the support from Försäkringskassan instead.
