Pls how can I apply for Turkey visa in Ghana? And what are the questions asked during the visa interview

Call the Turkish embassy in Ghana, and ask them. Different countries have different regulations.

They may ask you to provide a letter from a turk inviting you to a country. Or they may be fine with asking you for 6 months of bank statements, and proof of funds. But you won't know unless if you call them regulations are always changing.
