Final exit on have car

No they cant give final exit If you have car registered in your name

Also if you have any saudi friend make him your lawyer they won't be able to create problem for you

But i have experience before i fill complain on labour court on my before company... And i won my case....and Alhamdulillah i have knowledge about labour law.. And i am following every step by law.

@Afsar Nafees78 how if iqama expired and car has been stol 7 yrs ago how to removed in iqama to issue visa for exit person is huroob also thanks for answer

fisrt of all stolen car should be reported to the authority and if its under your name all the violation penalty will be registered under your iqama number. if your iqama expired and now your horoob just coordinate with philippine embassy they will assist you...

Can anyone tell me... i faces a issue on local transfer. I try to transfer my company through qiwa. And transfer request status is approved from my side and pending from current company side. Qiwa give transfer date 7-Sep-24, My current company my contract already Auto renewed for one year from 8-Sep-24.  But i am scared about final exit..my company is not happy about my transfer..i have a personal car and my family along with iqama in my name... any one know company can issue final exit if i have a car & family in my name.

Is it possible to get exit if my friend authorize his car on my name for driver authorization?

you cannot be issued exit visa if you have car registered or authorized under your name.
