Hi ,

I have moved to Malaysia in the month of oct 2022 . It has been more than 7 months . If we consider the year 2023 I will be completing the 182 days on July 2 2023 . I went out of malaysia in 2022 for 2 days and also 12 days out of country in the month of Mar 2023. Excluding the 12 days taken in 2023 , actual days will be 170 days . Again planning to go out in July 4 for 3 weeks vacation . Will I still be considered for eligibility for Resident / tax refund for 1st six months ? Please help !
