Hi , we have a house in S’Agaro and visit quite a lot. My husband is able to work from home when in Spain so he is kept busy .. I’m in need of meeting up with people, maybe for walks , coffee , glass of wine . Also keen to learn more Spanish !

is there any groups in the area that could be of interest ?

The British Benevolent Association (BBA) welcome new members and volunteers it’s a great way to make new friends check out their website bba-girona.com for details and contacts. Also U3A has activities of all sorts across the region U3Acostabrava.org. Both welcome all nationalities so you get a good mix of British, other nationalities and locals.

@godwinu hello. My name is Paty. My husband and I bought an apartment facing the Sant Pol beach, in Sant Feliu de Guixols. So we are close to your location. We are in Spain for months at a time. In 2025 we will return in late April to spend the summer months and start of autumn. We could meet then if you wish. We,too, are looking for new friends in the area. We are fluent in Spanish, so we have an easy time communicating. Hope to hear from you. You can send me a text via Whatsapp at *** or email me at ***
