Which vaccines are compulsory? Do your pets have to go in quarantine at their arrival in Saint Lucia?

The St. Lucian government website has some information but we have been dealing with Dr. Edwin in the Veterinary Office. The dog must have a rabies titre and 6 months after a good result, the dogs are allowed onto the island. Regular vaccines are required, as well, and the dog must be microchipped. I have Dr. Edwin's email address if anyone needs it.
