You will have to do a little bit of research. You can start by reading the articles under the Work in Sweden section of the Sweden Guide to gather as much information as possible.
You may also create your CV in the Jobs in Sweden section for better exposure.

It would seem most unlikely. People licenced to drive trucks are common in Sweden - it is not a rare skill. Since you have no overriding reason to move to Sweden (relatives, persecution, victim of a natural disaster) except work, you would not be allowed an entry or residence visa.
