In fact, it took less than 3 months - Post my application it took 20 working days for their responses - they had a few questions and needed updated documents (April payslip) I took 1 week to respond to them, and the next 20 working days they responded with approvals.

If all the documents are well prepared and submitted at first time then it should be quite a straightforward process.

I have managed the process by myself via the talent corp portal - I also don't think there is any value addition by the agency in this process so I don't recommend using the agency.

thank you for starting this group. I am an Ex- Malaysian ( sadly have to give up citizenship), and I want to apply for residency pass. I know it’s been awhile

since you had yours approve are there any tips you can offer.

What are the conditions - do you have to prove financial independence etc.
