Ils ont plusieurs bureaux en Espagne. Je connais Benoit depuis longtemps. C'est quelqu'un de sérieux. Il est français mais parle anglais et espagnol.

Hello ISARO22,

Thank you for your recommendations however :

1) You are required to write only in English on this section of the forum (You are on the anglophone Spain forum).

2) Names and contact details should be shared through the private messaging system by clicking on the member's username > send a message.

You may also recommend a professional in the Tenerife business directory.

All the best

@Bhavna OK. Sorry.

Good afternoon.

PM if you need any advice

You do not need to go to the expense of a Lawyer.

You need a Gestoría, whose job it is to help you through the Spanish law and bureaucracy. My advice is to find one who is local as you will need them to help you manage the finances, taxes and contracts.

But the question is what sort of trading status do you need? Autonomo, Sociedad comanditaria or an Sociedad Limitada? All have advantages and disadvantages over each other.

During your quest to set up a business do not limit yourself to those that send PMs or the directory on this  forum. Ask your local community where you live too.
