a bit confused..... i got offloaded in Changi Airport as a tourist but i got a pending E-Pass on MOM. What to do??? Should i make an appeal letter to ICA to enter Sg again or wait for my E-Pass result then make an appeal to ICA? Please help

surya2k

If you have pending work pass approval then better wait for its result.

  • If it is successful then come with IPA letter
  • If it is not then appeal to ICA
  • If it’s urgent to enter and can’t wait your work pass result then you can provide your valid rationale that why you want to enter Singapore.

Note: ICA doesn’t offload someone without any valid and strong reasons.

@surya2k the Immigration Officer told me that I have to make an appeal letter to ICA for me to enter again in Singapore. What bothers me is when i got offload at Changi Airport im travelling as a tourist. And  soon if my pass will approve do i have to make an appeal to enter singapore with Spass entry?

Yes, after being denied entry, you should contact ICA first before any other attempt to enter the country!

@beppi thanks beppi... then i have to wait for my E-Pass approval. And have to send my appeal letter to ICA once E-Pass is approved. Do you have any idea where could I send my appeal letter to ICA?

@katejuneacain Check the ICA website for contact details!
