HI Everyone i just want to ask if i can go back to saudi because recently they give me false accusation of having HIV, when I got home from my country my test is only Syphilis.

There is no such thing as a false accusation - a test is done and if positive, they do a western blot confirmatory test (For HIV). They don't send you back just because they "think" you have HIV. They make SURE of it first and there is a full process.  Why didn't you get a re-test immediately at your own expense while you were here?

Did you get formally deported? did they tell you clearly that you had HIV?  in my experience, they do NOT tell you that you have HIV. You could have been deported for syhphilis.............in certain job professions, even syphilis leads to deportation. If they did not call you back for a confirmatory western blot test then it could be syphilis you were deported for.

If it was HIV, then how sure are you that your current test result is correct?  I would get tested from a proper lab.

And as far as coming back is concerned, it will not be easy. You can try to apply for a job and do a GAMCA clearance but there is likely a ban in your name at MOH end...........which may take long time to clear..........could be years or never.

They give me the result thats why i know and the HR Talked to me also. They will not deported me I think because they give me only the ticket going back to my country and give me final exit visa. . In my country i did 2 test for HIV different hospital and it tested Non Reactive.

Good. If not deported and no ban then you can apply via the normal gamca process.

How would i know if I am banned in saudi? And for the syphilis issue If I am cured already is there a chance that i will fo back and work in saudi?

XTang

Look, I have no idea if you are banned or not. You will only know when the visa is applied for. From what you tell me, it doesn't appear so as you left on a final exit and weren't deported. However, keep in mind that GAMCA might not pass you even with syphilis - cured or uncured.

@XTang

They passed me with fit (remark started treatment for syphilis) will still have the chance to get the visa?
