family visa for Wife

Dear sir,

Please advise what is Requirement Document for Family visa (Wife) ,i have only Nikah Naama, we don't have Marriage certificate,so she can apply from only nikahnama. my nationality is Indian and my Iqama professional is Accountant, my wife visa is already approved but problem is Document prosager .
