Single permit / Card A renewal

Post new topic

Zaza00

Hello all, I hope you can help me clarify what are the next steps to renew my single permit and card A (limited stay). My current one-year work contract ends at the end of the year and I'm keen to start the renewal for my single permit through the Brussels region as soon as possible.

Can anyone tell me when I should apply for the renewal and what they are looking for when they ask for "La photocopie du compte individuel après une année calendrier complète de travail par le

travailleur"? At the time of renewal i wnt hve worked for a full year yet. Do they only want an account statement showing my balance?

Thanks!

You wouldnt have to do anything, the renewal is done by your employer. I would recommend starting the renewal process almost 4 months before the end date.

Not sure who asked you about your individual account, but this is a document that your employer will provide  you after end of a financial year. For example if you worked from January to december 2022, you will get your individual account document in January/February 2023.
