I'm an Egyptian- born expatriate who's been living in Europe for almost 35 years and I'll be retiring soon , hopefully in beautiful Hurghada .
so , what are the best areas to live and what about long- term leases ?
Any trusted real estate agents to recommend? What about the purchase of a 3 bedroom unit in a regular building? How high are the prices now ?

I would recommend that you opt for short-term rental at first and move around a bit to find a neighbourhood that suits your needs.
