Dependent Visa (Spouse visa) with TB History

Vivek Kumar35

Lately my family relocated to Dubai. So far I visited Dubai on tourist visa, but now am planning to apply for dependent visa (spouse visa). However, I have a history of TB (10 years back), which means I definitely may have lung scarring. Now my question is - considering that I have TB history, will dependent visa issued to me by UAE? Or due to TB history, resident (dependent) visa will not be issued to me and I will not be allowed to stay with my family?

Look forward hearing from people who can provide clarity over this issue. Thank you!

Hi Kumar35,

Welcome to the forum!

You could try to reach out to Amer, https://amer247.com/contact/, they are one of the entities issuing visas and will probably be able to give you the best answer on the matter.

Good luck!

Hi Vivek, did u apply and get the dependent visa ?

Please update your status.

I'm in the same situation and if they are not issuing dependent visa to me with a part tb lung scar, we as a family won't move to Dubai at all.

Would be greatful to hear back from you.

Thanks.
