AL Fursan Credit Card not giving miles

Hello all,

I have an Alfursan credit card from SAB bank. As shown on the Alfursan website, this card was supposed to give miles on activation and also on spending money from the card. However, till now I have not received any miles from the card even when I am doing transactions with it. And I don't know if I have to link the card to my Alfursan account. I clearly gave my Alfursan ID to the bank when I was filling out the application for the card. Any guidance will be highly appreciated.

Did this ever resolve itself? I haven't been able to identify how to set this up. SAB in the branch was unable to help too.

@Muneeb Bajwa maybe you should link? I have a different cc and what I do is convert my points to alfursan miles manually.

I have an AlFursan Credit Card from SNB & i dint get any reward points as well, despite making calls to both the Bank & the Saudi Airlines... probably going to cancel the card,

I’m sorry for any inconvenience you’re experiencing. Please note that ALFURSAN Miles will be credited 2 months after the campaign expiry date. If you’ve been using your ALFURSAN Credit Card for more than 2 months and still haven’t received your miles, I recommend checking your ALFURSAN account for any updates. If the issue persists, please contact the Saudia guest care center on 966920022222 for further assistance.
