I'm trying to get copies of my kids birth certificates.  I have been on the https://sede.mjusticia.gob.es/en/tramit … nacimiento page and it directes me to cl@ve page and askes fro NIE number and "Support number".  I have the white A4 (no cards) which was issued in Nov 2002.  I was never a perminant resident and the NIE is all I have.I have tried the Cl@ve app as well as the web page but without the support number I cannot get authenticated.   I tried the C0000000 trick as suggested on another thread but this didn't work.Any ideas please.

This exclamation mark of forum has messed up again.  Given a link to the Spanish government website and it is not appearing. I have had links removed due to them not being government ones now this........ I am very frustrated now.

You need to get this corrected so it works one way or another.

Hello RibeiraSacra,

Kindly take note that the link was still being reviewed, which is why it remained in a pending status.

It is now accessible.

Cheers,
