My husband mistress

My husband mistress is actually working in Bahrain. While fully aware that he is married she still goes on….. what law did break in here?

Don't understand the question. The problem is your husband and not the other woman. As a married man, he is in more trouble than the mistress.

Im aware of that. But isn’t a law in Bahrain adultery?

Just wondering coz not from that country but what can i sue her for? Or there’s really nothing i could possibly do?

You can do nothing to her. Adultery is a crime committed by married people. Your husband is married and she is not. He's the one with the issue. Deal with your husband.... He's the one at fault. Don't focus on irrelevant issues.

@mylene25ph what’s you nationality? If you have a strong proof i think you can do something. Maybe ask advice from your embassy. What he did is crime and he can get deported as long as you have a strong proof.

I don't think anyone is understanding what I have been saying. She wants to punish the woman and not her husband. It is possible to punish the husband but problematic to do anything to the other woman. In the penal code, the crime which is listed, is adultery. Adultery is being committed by the husband as he is the one who is married.
