Of course there are buses between BKK and Pattaya. Go to Ekkamai Bus Terminal on Sukhumvit Road in Bangkok. The bus will take you to North Pattaya Bus Terminal on North Pattaya Road. From this terminal you can go to Bangkoks three major Bus Terminals: Ekkamai,The Southern Bus Terminal (Sai Tai) and to the Northern Bus Terminal (Mochit).
