1.my wife want to bring my kids for vacation in the Philippines, under my sponsorship, is it possible? What's the process?

what is your nationality? your wife and kids? why will they need a sponsor?

We are Filipino, my wife has different employer, my kids are under my iqama, meaning I am thier sponsor.

My wife want them together for vacation without me.. With my consent. Is it possible?

There's some confusion but as I think if in your wife name on her passport will match to you as husband and kids passport will match to your name also kids visa name will be same so there's no reason to stop them ,,, at all your wife should have enough evidence to prove that those her kids at airport incase airport officer ask
