As OceanBeach92107 indicated, your question is quite vague.

See here (Link), for current listings of automobiles for sale in the HCMC area. That is a very popular sale site, and will reflect prices which locals are willing to entertain. However, if you do not speak Vietnamese you will probably need to recruit a local to make contact/haggle with the seller(s), as it is likely the seller(s) cannot speak English.
