Hi, I am pregnant from 7 month My fingerprint was done in udi but I don't receive my card yet.I have only duf number.My husband is citizen of portugal.he has everything in Norway like national id, personal doctor. My treatment is not start because i have no residency card . No doctor, no scan, no baby birth place. What i will do now?
