updating renewed passport data for a family member with CCHI

I need guidance on the process for updating renewed passport data for a family member who holds a visit visa. The passport has been successfully renewed and the information has been updated with Jawazat.




However, I've noticed that the new passport number is not reflecting in the Border or Visa number on CCHI. I am seeking assistance to ensure that the updated passport information is accurately synchronized with CCHI.




Could you please provide guidance on the correct procedure to update passport details in CCHI for visit visa holders? Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter is highly appreciated.

I am facing the same problem as you. I need to update my daughter's passport details in CCHI and extend her visiting visa through a tawasul request. Can you please let me know how you updated the new passport details on the CCHI website?
