travel ban not lifted

i actually have a case due to tamam app. but i already payed the due amount plus the 500sar judicial fee. i cannot see the travel ban now in absher. but i also didn't receive any message saying the travel ban has been lifted. i was due for vacation and was anxious because maybe they will not allow me to travel.
