Where should US man get married to Thai lady?

We will live in USA for many years and then retire in Thailand. What's difference if we get married in US or Thailand? We want a simple prenuptial agreement for just property. She has traveling Visa so are there benefits to get married in US or is it better to get married in Thailand?

If you're living in the US and plan to do so for "many years," it's probably best to marry where you are. Things happen and things change. You may not retire for whatever reason, and you may not ever get back to Thailand.

I have no idea re: "benefits" in either place. You would do best in consulting an attorney.
