Good afternoon

Does anyone know about the state of health care services in Las Terrenas and more specifically a) availability of an emergency system similar to 911 and b) capacity to provide acute for heart attack and stroke.

Things are getting better, but emergency care is still somewhat limited here. We know of one person here who had a heart attack, and as soon as he was stabilized, he was transported to the capital by helicopter.
