Hi, Expat community. I am Dr Zacharia Grand from Zimbabwe. I wish to move to Mozambique to start a new life there. I have over 15 years of experience at the managerial level in the NGO sector as an M&E specialist and over 5 years as a consultant. I have a PhD in public Administration with an interest in Global Health partnerships. I am glad to be part of this community.
