Why were you denied entry?

You have to clear that matter with ICA before you have a chance to enter Singapore again.

Even better: Clear it before applying for a work pass (not IPA!) again or appealing against the rejection, otherwise MoM willprobably just reject it again.

This is where double standards from Singapore authority comes my friend

I have had almost similar experience but in my case MOM rejected my employment pass with out giving specific reason assuming this may be the reason .

I have known and seen lot of my friends went to Singapore using social vist pass and got the job (Almost all of them ).

If MOM / ICA want to deny / throw almost all of them need to send back to their country.

If there is law it should be fair and equal to everyone .

Let me put one recent incident from two of my friends

Both of them got the job while they are in social visit pass and both of them caught while they retuning back to their home country . Both their companies applied Pass to MOM and one of them got the IPA and went back to singapore and working . other one is not getting the IPA and not know the specific resaon . He even tried different company and still get the same rejection .

Both faced similar issues with ICA , Finger prints are taken and photos are taken and informed by the officer they cannot come using social vist pass in future .

People here may argue with ICA /MOM go with their books of rules which I strongly deny and disagree

If you look at the above case both of them are identical and see their double standards .

Coming to your case you will be fine since your company back you

@beppi I don’t know the reason of denied but I go in/out SG so many times. I can’t apply work pass to MOM during this time. My employer send appeal to ICA for entry SG again. ICA replied email that processing during 8 weeks. But I worry about that can I come back SG after 8 weeks?🥹🥹

@Twain2023 Thanks for your reply, My employer already appealed to ICA. ICA replied email that the processing time is during 8weeks. I worry about that can I get ICA approve of appeal after 8weeks? I want to know other people  experiences of same condition.

To all those facing same issue, after I got my pass approved by MOM, I submitted appeal to ICA together with my IPA. Just after 4 days, my appeal is approved. Some ppl say it took 1 month for them, but it took only 4 days for me, and thanks to ICA. Now I am working in SG.
