Hi all,

What do you think about the means of transportation in Amsterdam ?

Is the network of means of transportation well developed?
What modes of transport are available?

Do you use them?

How much is a fare?

Are they relatively safe?

What is the mean of transportation you use the most in Amsterdam?

Thanks in advance for participating!

Hi Armand,

In my opinion, transportation is good in Amsterdam.

Depends on the area where you live, where I live is
Transportation well developed.

Yes, I do use them.

I have never seen something strange happening inside the
Transport, for me is still safe.

A loss ticket costs 2,60 euros (valid for one hour).

Mostly I use the metro, afterwards the tram.

Do you need this for school?

Travel is fantastic in Amsterdam, the infrastructure is incredible in comparison to some cities I've visited. I use trams, busses and the metro daily and have never been late. Busses are what I use the most as I'm usualy working in the suburbs. Fare varies according to destination, but it is very reasonable. I've always found the busses to be safe, been a fairly big guy I'm not intimidated easily although I can see why some people would be when a large group of guys get on the metro late at night, but personaly have never had or seen any trouble.

Cheers
