Hi, I did it with the help of Skylark, an attestation service provider at Adliya. 38043872 was the GSM of the person who collected the certificates from my apartment, they did Apostle attestation and returned the certificate after a week.

If I remember correctly, it was 25BD/certificate; After Apostle attestation, there is no need for embassy (Indian Embassy in Bahrain) attestation.
