Hello, my employer revoked me January 23 without notice, she didn't give me the job until now,so what  I have to do ,within how many I need to apply with new employer, kindly give me the answer.

You need to provide more details. I for one have a hard time trying to figure out what you mean.


Are you saying that you were unemployed from Jan. 23 to Jan 28? If so, why do you need to apply with a new employer? are you on a work visa? Otherwise, what do you mean by "she didn't give me the job until now".

As far as I am aware you only have 2 weeks from losing your job to finding another one and applying again for a work permit, otherwise you are meant to leave the country and may even be deported.

When changing jobs, you only have a 10-day window to apply between termination and application. If you have not submitted a new application by now and are still in Malta, you risk being deported or expelled from the country and given a three-year ban from returning to Schengen zone.
