Actually, in the clinic authorised by Belgian embassy they had the same format, we just double checked and it was fine.

you might need to ask the clinic to verify it with the Embassy.

I’ve seen in earlier posts others have said if it’s over  6 months your company needs to request for an annex 47 from them. they have to give it because the required timeline gave has been exceeded.

Deepinjo1

@aydee24 whats that actually means sorry if u can explain of course, because im outside belgium and have no clue what that is, its been 6months + for me also and no response

akashdharani7

@aydee24

Thanks, I will ask my employer if they can follow up on it.

aydee24

@Deepinjo1

This is just something I’ve heard other people on this thread say. if your timeline has exceeded when the normal time is supposed to be i.e: 4-6 months, then your employer or the person that submitted your application needs to call the office and request for annex 47 instead of annex 46 you are waiting for now.  Apparently the office must respond to it because your timeline has been exceeded.

aydee24

@Deepinjo1

Have you received your work permit yet? If you have not then something is definitely not right...You may need to contact the office yourself if your employer is not doing that

I have been a belgium resident for about 8 months now, I am married to a Belgium citizen and my wife applied for my son’s visa D with all her documents but he was refused, reasons for refusal not yet known, it can only be known when the returning documents get delivered. my question is,  What must be done to re-apply, how long is the validity of a legalized document, can I still re-use for a new application the documents I legalized for the refused visa or do i have do legalize a new set of documents ?

Hi,

I had the WP on 26/04. Is there a possibility of receiving a negative response for the SP (Annexe 46)?

Thanks.
