@Srizzy

Did you apply eventually? I consider doing the same, but probably would consult with a lawyer about risks the unlimited single permit might entail of which I am possibly not aware. Happy to hear if you have any info on the matter. Thanks :)

Hi,

I submitted all the documents and received the no reply today, just to realize that I didn't legalize the criminal record attestation in the foreign affairs ministry properly, can the demand of SP be modified or is it too late !

Work permit: Still waiting update from MOE

SP: Waiting

I am about to finish the 12th week for the work permit, but there is still no update on the employer page. I talked to the employer this week and they said immigrations teams will review and return to me. Is it normal for the work permit to take so long? I would be very grateful if someone who has an idea about the process can help.

@gorkem yildirim

Depends on the field of expertise

gorkem yildirim

@ievgenfeldmann

I don't understand what you mean, how does the expertise affect the duration of the work permit?

ievgenfeldmann

@gorkem yildirim

Easy they dont give permits to somebody who can be found within Belgium easy

Thanks for your answer but I am sure that what you are saying is not in my case. One of the biggest consulting firms is running the process and the worker status is high skilled worker.
