Are there expats in Keramoti, Crete ?

Hi there,

I was wondering, are there ex-pats living in the West, Keramoti area? I found a lovely house there, but I am not sure if it's too quiet?

We are thinking of living in Crete for a few months in the year and rent the house out for the rest of the time. Does anyone have experience with rental properties in this area? It's not far from Elafonisi, so I thought maybe it would be a good idea.
