Part-time Airbnb rental

I’m purchasing a second home in DR and hoping to do part-time Airbnb/VRBO rental in the winter. Any suggestions on how to go about registering a part-time business in DR?

There is no part time or full time. Only  business.   IF you do not have a cedula  or residency you will need to hold this inside a corporation which allows you to report expenses and income!


If you have a cedula then you can register yourself  with DGII -  tax dept.
