Hi and welcome to the Forum.
The most important thing is to check that your diploma is recognised and whether you need to be registered to work in the Netherlands; you can start at NUFFIC, they have a website that will help you and this link will take you straight to it. Assuming your diploma is recognised you will be directed to the BIG Register to register; this link will take you straight to it.
One word of caution; you will need to read, write, speak and listen in Dutch to work as a medical professional in the Netherlands - this has to be proven by either having been educated in the Dutch school system or an official examination; this applies to all EU countries where you will be required to speak that country's Mother tongue.
